Forsayth State School join the Gulf Savannah Hockey Program
The recent involvement of Forsayth State School in the Gulf Savannah Hockey Program confirms the partnership benefits with the Active After School Program and the Remote Hockey Community.
Forsayth State School Hockey Active After School Program
Forsayth State School will combine with Mount Surprise State School and compete in the Karumba Hockey Festival in September 2009. This program introduces and advances the basic hockey skills and provides opportunities for young people in the remote communities of Far North West Queensland to participate in competition, learn new skills and gain self confidence and self esteem. The Hook in2 Hockey Program provides equipment and resources to support the Hockey Program.
