karumba Hockey carnival starts Wednesday 15th September 2010
The schools across the Gulf Savannah will come together in Karumba to compete in the 2010 Competition. Young people have been training in their local communities in term 3 and will come together in a spirit of fun and friendship.
Congratulations to the karumba state school teachers, parents and supporters who work hard to organize this event.
Hockey Queensland Remote Hockey Program will be providing the medals and prizes and will be available to assist with officiating and support.
The members of the AASC Program will be available to assist with activities to highlight the health and community benefits of regular activity and exercise.
We wish all teams participating the best of luck and a safe trip to the competition.
