Remote Hockey Coaching Manager – David McNeil

• > administer the Remote Hockey coaching program
• > mentor and teach identified community members and upgrade skills to deliver into remote communities
• > Manage, oversee and review existing  remote hockey coaches
• > Regularly travel to remote communities to coach coaches and identified players and to 
•    conduct camps and workshops
• > Initiate regular coaching clinics and work with Tafe, Colleges and other organizations.

• Oversee strategic & operational plans, budgets for the HQ under-pinning programme
• Mentor and teach identified coaches and upgrade technical skills
• Manage, oversee and review Hockey Queensland Regional Coaching Directors
• Regularly travel to regional centres to coach coaches and identified players and to conduct camps and workshops
• Initiate regular coaching clinics and conferences
